Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries to expand the agency s portfolio.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Proposal Development : Create compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Revenue Growth : Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the creative, strategy, and account management teams to align client requirements with agency deliverables.
- Reporting : Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience : 3-4 years in business development, sales, and/or account management, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Networking : Strong networking abilities with a proven track record of establishing and growing client relationships.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and craft effective strategies.
- Negotiation Skills : Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Knowledge : Familiarity with advertising, branding, and digital marketing trends and terminologies.
- Tools : Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and presentation tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or related roles in advertising or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A team player with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Candidate should be based in Delhi.
