Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Account Leader and primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and long-lasting relationships.
- Lead and mentor account teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with client objectives and business goals.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to drive innovative campaigns.
- Manage account budgets, financial forecasting, and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned accounts and pitch for potential new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitive landscape.
- Identify opportunities for new client acquisition through personal networks and proactive outreach
- Manage any leads generated as well as assigned to drive pitch leading to conversion
- Prepare and present detailed business forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
