Job Description
- Integration Consulting: Act as the primary consultant for integrating supply chain applications with ERP systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with BY (Blue Yonder) solution architects and Business System Analysts globally to understand business requirements.
- Requirement Analysis: Analyze business problems and requirements to propose and implement effective technical solutions.
- Technical Documentation: Develop functional and technical specifications for system implementation.
- Testing: Conduct unit testing, system testing, and end-user testing to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Support current implementations, resolve critical issues, and manage open support requests to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in the design, implementation, and support of supply chain systems.
- Expertise in database concepts (Oracle), PL/SQL scripting, systems infrastructure, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with JDA (Blue Yonder) applications such as Inventory Planning, Enterprise Supply Planning, and Demand Planning.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA.
