Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong foundation in Scrum

methodologies and a solid understanding of software development processes. The ideal

candidate will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring

seamless communication, effective project execution, and successful delivery. A background

in software development with hands-on experience in AWS and Azure cloud platforms is

essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Project Management:

Lead and manage Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups,

reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure projects follow Agile best practices and are delivered on time and

within scope.

Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables.

Documentation and Reporting:

Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements,

timelines, and progress reports.

Act as a gatekeeper for project documentation, ensuring clarity and

accessibility for all stakeholders.

Software Development Oversight:

Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring teams adhere to coding

standards, version control, and deployment processes.

Leverage hands-on development experience to provide guidance and

technical support to the team as needed.

Cloud Expertise:

Provide insights and strategic direction on leveraging AWS and Azure

services for project implementation.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure optimal architecture and

deployment practices in cloud environments.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business

stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and vice

versa.

Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations on both sides.

Process Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and refine software development processes to ensure

efficiency and scalability.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.

Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile methodologies.

Strong technical background, preferably with hands-on experience in Python, Java,

or similar languages .

Deep understanding of AWS and Azure platforms, including their core services and

deployment models.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for simplifying

complex concepts.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Experience in working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Knowledge of database management systems and APIs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
