Act as the primary point of contact between key business stakeholders and Third-Party Governance programs including first and second lines of defense. Coordinate the support for targeted business objectives
Support the completion of supplier lifecycle (onboarding, on-going monitoring and termination) by partnering with Business Owners and internal functions
Coordinate with key stakeholders to track and monitor performance of suppliers against contract obligations and/or expectations, logging results into the appropriate system of record
Coordinate between the supplier and internal teams (including key stakeholders) to perform an annual refresh of required documentation based on the suppliers risk profile
Support Identification, monitoring and tracking of issues requiring escalation
Ensure the program adherence including, centralized inventory and timely / accurate risk assessments.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to review and approve invoices within system of record
Assist in providing management updates / metrics (as needed)
Support ad-hoc requests
Desired skills and experience
College degree
3 to 5 years of experience in Third-Party Management, Procurement or Risk related roles,
Knowledge or experience of assessing third party risk and associated control requirements, RCSA and/or other lines of defense (i.e., audit, risk, governance) that include risk & control assessments
Demonstrated ability to support project management, process improvement, change management, governance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with and influence management and lines of defense partners
