Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications.

- Work closely with the product and design teams to create seamless user experiences.

- Collaborate on the architecture and implementation of new features, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge with the team.

- Continuously improve application performance, troubleshoot, and debug issues.

- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.

Required Skills :

- Frontend : Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js, Javascript, HTML, CSS etc.)

- Backend : Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, .Net, C#, Ruby, or PHP.

- Databases : Understanding of both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Version Control : Proficiency with Git and GitHub/Bitbucket.

- API Development : Experience with RESTful APIs and possibly GraphQL.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and debugging skills.

- Testing : Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.

- DevOps : Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Agile : Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from IIT, NIT, or a Tier 1 institution.

- Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Exposure to mobile app development (React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
