Batish Technologies Private Limited, a Chandigarh based IT Solutions Company is looking for a dynamic IT Business Analyst (B.Tech / MCA).

Successful candidate will work on international projects and will be responsible for requirement gathering, documentation, project conceptualization, UAT and delivery.

Experience : 2 to 4 Years experience.

Location : Chandigarh.

Industry Type : IT-Software/ Software Services.

Functional Area : Business Analysis.

Job Description :

Successful candidates will be responsible for :

- Assessing clients' needs, identifying and documenting client requirements by interacting with internal and/or external clients.

- Creation of SRS (Software requirement Specification) document, BRD, FRD, Dataflow, Wireframing.

- Defining project requirements and IT solutions to achieve those.

- Coordination between client and / or internal teams.

- Timely project completion and delivery.

- Project UAT and client communication.

Desired Candidate's profile :

Education Qualification :

- B.TECH (Computers) or master's degree in computers.

- Experience 2 to 4 years of direct IT project Business Analysis experience.

- Excellent English communication skills (Written and verbal).

- Must have expert level skills in MS - Office & Web and Desktop based applications.

- Must be proficient in using MS PowerPoint, MS - Project, VISIO, Figma, Adobe PDF and other such tools.

- Good analytical skills, Dynamic, aggressive & result oriented professional.

- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

- Background on Software Testing or Software Development will be an advantage.
