Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Software Development & Testing :

- Write efficient, clean code and perform unit testing to ensure quality.

- Develop and maintain cutting-edge web applications and software programs.

Requirement Interpretation & Documentation :

- Understand and interpret business requirements and technical specifications.

- Document code and processes to maintain transparency and consistency.

Defect Analysis & Resolution :

- Investigate, analyze, and report defects; work proactively to resolve them.

Client Interaction & Reporting :

- Communicate effectively with international clients and provide timely updates.

- Report project progress and technical updates to management.

Collaboration & Project Management :

- Work collaboratively on projects from international clients, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Skills and Competencies :

Technical Proficiency :

- Expert-level skills in ASP.NET, Node.js, SQL Server, MongoDB, C#, VB.NET, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery.

- Proficient in modern frameworks like Angular and React for front-end development.

- Experience with Python for back-end development is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of 3-Tier, N-Tier, and MVC architectures.

Problem-Solving & Communication :

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members.

Adaptability & Teamwork :

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to meet project deadlines.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) or MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) in .NET technologies is an added advantage.

Requirements :

- B.Tech / B.E in Computers, BCA, MCA, or M.Tech in Computers.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar development role.

- Ability to work effectively with remote teams and manage multiple international projects.
