1. INVENTORY PLANNING:
You are Responsible for:
- As part of the inventory planning team will be responsible for understanding Internal systems and processes, performing daily transactional requirements, maintaining and improving defined metrics and analyzing complex data sets and drilling insights out of the same to support the team in day-to-day activities.
- Additionally, he/she will be responsible for creating dashboards, reports & maintaining data that is being used.
You will be responsible for:
1. Instock in Hyperlocal Sourcing Hub and Dark stores
2. Capacity management at each inventory holding node
3. Distribution planning and right placement
4. PO raising norms and ensuring Optimum inventory availability
5. IWIT Management
6. Space optimization
7. Program managing initiatives with BD teams
To succeed in this role - you should have the following:
- Ability to deal with huge ambiguous data sets coming out disparate systems and in tools and spreadsheets of several distributed teams
- Rational decision-making, negotiating and influencing skills. An analytical work style.
- The ability to work effectively on a team or independently. Accountability, initiative, integrity and maturity are pre- requisites.
- Strong business and Financial acumen to convert a number analysis into a business story and having strong ability to articulate .Build and fortify a strong business/data models by going in depth and understanding where opportunities are and chasing them with innovative ideas
- Ability to work with Spreadsheets and Analytical tools for doing daily analysis.
- Customer first Approach in Solving any problems and ability to Quantify the Risk to the Customer Metrics for any decision or approach
- Strong Self Conviction and passionate
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- A Team player who is approachable and collaborative

2 . GROWTH:
Planning:
- To build a bottom-up short term and the long term demand & supply plan factoring in the inputs from central planning and category teams
- Work with the team members within the category and in external support functions to execute on strategic objectives
- Closely monitors the business metrics and alters the plan as required
Growth:
- Ability to analyse the online funnel for traffic and conversion
- Drive growth of the business through horizontal customer initiatives such as acquisition, retention, cross-sell and increasing the wallet-share
- Design, Incubate and Scale new Organic / Inorganic new growth engines for the business
Category Marketing:
- Work with the marketing team to launch & scale digital brand & performance marketing campaigns
Customer Experience:
- Drive initiatives with the product & merchandising teams to improve the buying experience of the customer right from pre-purchase decision making to delivery
