Assistant Vice President - Key Account Manager
Job Description:
- Acquires a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and acts as connecting bridge with internal stake holders and clients for their solution and delivery
- Leads customer reviews and ensures SLA compliance and delivery as per mutually agreed commitments.
- Develops and sustains good relationship with key stakeholders in the customer organization and creates a mutually beneficial environment that would help positively for growth of business.
- Takes ownership and resolve any issues/problems faced with or by customers in a time bound manner.
- Preparing and presenting regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track commitments made to customers by internal teams and ensure their delivery.
- Builds in the sense of urgency, Ensures effective communication and collaboration between customer and internal teams.
- Should have exposure and understanding of various payment solutions and their working exposure both technically and operationally. (POS & PG - Credit/Debit/UPI/EMI/DCC)
- Should have been in customer facing role interacting with senior stakeholders at customer end including CXOs.
- Strong Skills in Project Management, Service Delivery and Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good problem Solver and Team player with ability to enable collaboration and decision making.
- Should be from Fintech background (POS/Payment Gateways / UPI / Financial Services/Banks) currently in capacity of AVP / DVP / GM with overall experience of 15 + years cum PG in Management as qualification.
