Job Title : National Sales Manager

Role Overview :
- As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations across the nation, managing key accounts, driving new business development, and achieving revenue and GM targets.
- The role requires a strategic and results-oriented leader with a strong background in sales and account management, particularly in the Frozen, Fresh (Perishable), and FMCG sectors. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that sales strategies align with overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Account Management: Handle and nurture key accounts across the country, ensuring strong relationships with major customers in the Frozen, Fresh (Perishable), or FMCG sectors.
- New Business Development: Develop new accounts, grow sales pipelines, and secure long-term partnerships to drive business expansion.
- Revenue & GM Target Achievement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and gross margin objectives.
- Payment Collection: Oversee and ensure timely payment collections from accounts, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Category Management: Manage and optimize product categories, ensuring product offerings align with market demand and profitability.
- New Product Development: Collaborate with the product development teams to help innovate and introduce new products based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the business and maximize sales opportunities.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of handling modern customers and achieving sales targets.
- Education: Degree or Postgraduate qualification.
- Industry Background: Must have a background in Frozen, Fresh (Perishable), or FMCG industries, with experience in Food & Beverages distribution.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage large customer portfolios and lead teams.
- Exposure: In-depth understanding of the Frozen or Fresh (Perishable) food industry, including distribution channels and market dynamics.
- Location: Willingness to travel as needed across the region to meet customers and stakeholders.
