Basiz - Senior PHP Developer - Laravel (1-6 yrs)

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior PHP Developer at Basiz Fund Services in Chennai. The Senior PHP Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, object-oriented programming (OOP), front-end development, software development, and programming tasks related to fund accounting services.

The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain web applications efficiently and securely.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks

- Understanding the fully synchronous behaviour of PHP

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

- Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming

- Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions

- Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds

- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices

- Create site layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices

- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases

- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs

- Create and maintain software documentation

- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent

Qualifications :

- Back-End Web Development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Software Development skills

- Front-End Development and Programming skills

- Experience in developing web applications and software solutions

- Proficiency in PHP programming and related frameworks

- Knowledge of database management and design

- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex applications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
