DraftsPerson (Construction)

Role & responsibilities

• Produce 2D & 3D drawings / identification of drawings based on the manager requirements (Revit S/W).
• Should be able to understand the design requirements and create detailed 2D & 3D designs for complex projects.
• Should be able to create a detailed design, schematics, blueprints for projects assigned.
• Work closely with the teams and co-ordinate & collaborate with others to establish timelines and budgets.
• Experience working in CAD and able to analyse data and situation and come up with creative solutions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for designs / drawings with proper versions.
• Ensure that the drawings shall be in proper scale and comply with engineering standards.
• Should be able to address the challenges and come up with solutions and alternatives.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and managers.
• Flexible working with Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners.

Preferred candidate profile

Min 1-3 years in creating detailed design, schematics, blueprints for projects in Construction.

Qualifications needed : BE | Architecture | Any Graduate Degree | Diploma / CAD Diploma Certificate
