Manager - (Design Coordination-Construction)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the full design process, ensuring alignment with project goals and Employers expectations.
• Manage consultants to ensure accurate drawings. Inter coordination between consultants.
• Act as the main point of contact for HKMI and other stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the design team, ensuring timely delivery of design deliverables.
• Conduct technical and design reviews to drive constructability and value engineering.
• Develop and implement effective technical delivery processes to improve design production.
• Address design-related issues that arise during the construction process.
• Address any issues related to material shortages or delays proactively.
• Maintain trackers and conduct design review meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong project management skills to handle tight schedules and solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, engineers, and architects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Auto Cad and Revit.
• A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is usually required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Residential / commercial construction projects.
