Role & responsibilities

• Ability to communicate effectively with team and managers.
• Flexible working with Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners.
• BOQ Preparation and Billing: Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and manage project billing processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Drawing Interpretation: Interpret and analyze engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely execution of all phases of construction.
• Execution Management: Oversee the execution of structural works, finishing, and MEP installations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues promptly.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Reporting: Prepare progress reports and updates for management, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry including commercial building.
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation and billing processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of structural, finishing, and MEP works.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, etc.).
