Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is on a mission to lead the digital revolution in the chocolate industry, and were looking for a Solution Architect Collaboration Management laying the foundation for supporting and enhancing the technical environment and tools essential for the whole collaboration platform including mail, calendar, messaging, document storage/ sharing and other collaboration tools. You will be responsible for designing and planning reliable integration strategies for our tool suite to support state-of-the art collaboration management. In addition, your focus will include planning, designing, and long-term vision, ensuring collaboration solutions align with business objectives and requirements. You will additionally offer guidance on the technical aspects of solution development and integration, ensuring that pertinent technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices (including security measures) are appropriately implemented.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES SCOPE

• Develop and communicate strategic architecture plans for our collaboration management solutions (e.g. M365 suite), that align with the organizations long-term business goals, leveraging industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage
• Align on standards and architecture practices with the Enterprise Architecture team, closely collaborating with the Enterprise Architect Digital Workplace and ensure implementation of standards for our collaboration tools
• Be a contact person for the collaboration management solutions and infrastructure
• Design and manage global collaboration management services, incl. management of the collaboration platform for mail, calendar, messaging, voice, document storage, archiving and sharing and other related services (currently Google Workspace) and ensure seamless integration in the existing IT infrastructure
• Provide support on the technical aspects of solution development and integration, while considering policies, standards, and practices (including security measures)
• Support global vendor relationships for the provisioning of Digital Workplace hardware, software, etc. in alignment with the vendor strategy and in collaboration with internal stakeholders from vendor management, to ensure optimal collaboration with the existing IT infrastructure
• Review the implementation of user requirements in line with the solution design and guidelines
• Analyze system performance requirements and identify opportunities for optimization
• Carry out risk and problem analysis, create technical specifications and support the implementation of security measures and standards.

Essential Experience Knowledge / Technical Or Functional Competencies

10+ Years of Experience in M365.

• Good knowledge and deep understanding of modern digital workplace hardware and software solution, in particular Microsoft Office 365, industry trends and best practices
• Knowledge as a Solution Architect, project manager, or similar fields incl. creating and leading IT system integration processes, regularly evaluating the system architecture etc.
• Knowledge of building, configuring, managing and supporting infrastructure technologies and solutions incl. best practices
• Understanding of M365 security and compliance features and proficiency in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration
• Experience with the migration from Google Workspace to M365 is a plus
• Demonstrated success in operating in diverse teams and driving change in a collaborative way on a global scale
• Skills to create internal and external partnerships/networks across the organization with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Independent and self-driven personality with strong analytical skills and techniques
