Job Overview:
As a Solution Architect within our Professional Services team, you will be a vital technical leader and a key player in customer success, driving transformative solutions for our enterprise customers. This role demands strategic insight, advanced technical skills, and a commitment to excellence in designing, implementing, and scaling complex, high-performance applications on the Kissflow platform. Working closely with Technical Leads, Delivery Managers, and clients, you will spearhead the technical vision, enabling seamless and robust application deployments while setting new standards for quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership and Mentorship : Act as a senior technical authority, coaching and empowering Technical Leads and development teams. Establish and enforce architectural best practices, ensuring scalability and performance while driving quality and innovation across all projects.
- Strategic Solution Architecture : Lead end-to-end solution design on the Kissflow platform, transforming high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and modular workflows that align with both customer needs and enterprise standards.
- Product Mastery and Expert Consultation: Develop extensive expertise in Kissflow s features, capabilities, and architecture, becoming the go-to specialist for complex projects and solutions, and positioning Kissflow as an essential component of each client s digital strategy.
- Hands-on Development of Enterprise Solutions: Lead by example with hands-on involvement in building complex, custom applications. Bring creative solutions and technical depth to solve customer-specific challenges with a focus on quality and optimization.
- Enterprise-Level Integrations: Architect seamless integrations with enterprise-grade systems (CRM, ERP, etc.), ensuring data flow, automation, and system compatibility across the customer s technology landscape.
- Customer Engagement and Strategic Communication: Engage with executive and operational stakeholders to capture their vision and translate it into actionable solutions. Build strong relationships, set clear expectations, and act as a trusted advisor to guide them throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Performance Enhancement and Optimization: Continuously assess workflows and identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and usability. Develop solutions that are not only functional but also optimized for efficiency and growth.
- Documentation and Knowledge Leadership: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, solution standards, and integration models, contributing to the intellectual capital of the organization and empowering the team and customers alike.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends in low-code development, constantly exploring new methodologies and technologies that can drive customer success and enhance Kissflow s solution offerings.
Required Skills:
Technical Expertise
- Proven experience architecting sophisticated solutions in low-code/no-code environments, with deep expertise in the Kissflow platform or comparable platforms.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, and enterprise integration strategies, with experience integrating multiple systems within a robust enterprise framework.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Exceptional ability to distill complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving intricate issues to maintain optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Customer-Centric Communication
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience building trust through clear, transparent communication and delivery.
Leadership and Relationship Building
- Demonstrated capability to mentor and lead technical teams with empathy, accountability, and a drive for excellence.
- A proven track record of earning customer trust through consistent, high-quality solution delivery, making you a dependable strategic advisor.
