Job Description
- Supports in managing sales of small and medium business (SMB) accounts in a defined sales territory (West Market, Mumbai)
- Builds account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the target accounts
- Documents all client interactions and shadows senior executives during client consultation
- Facilitates communication on tactical issues facing customers and resolves customer issues
- Meets sales objectives and assists in development of Go to Market Strategy for partnership
- Maintains accounts and transaction records and builds reports based on requirements
- Utilizes a consultative selling approach to educate channel partners and end-users and provide timely follow-up, closure and tracking of all identified opportunities
- Learns and applies sales concepts, principles and practices in assigned activities
- Gains foundational understanding of inside and outside sales concepts and practices
- Supports activities in both Field Inside Sales to achieve productivity and customer satisfaction targets
- Assists account management team in a task-oriented manner limited to a specific work area
- Bachelors Degree in Sales, Business Administration or equivalent
- 0-1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, Sales Operations or equivalent
