Tealeaf Engineer

• Work with development teams, to review web/mobile planned changes and identify Tealeaf impacts.
• Work with the business and development teams to determine tracking requirements and opportunities.
• knowledge of tealeaf architecture (Data flow) and tool usage.
• Ability to design end to end journey metric using Events and Dimensions.
• Ability to create alerts/reports/dashboard with compelling charts/graphs.
• Implement Tealeaf replay configuration, and lead replay optimization, for both web page and native screens (iOS, Android)
• Configure and manage Tealeaf data processing pipeline
• Implementation of Tealeaf for new digital assets, server installation
• Installation and configuration of new Tealeaf modules, version upgrades, and patches
• Conduct Tealeaf administration, optimization, planning, and maintenance tasks, in coordination with the technology teams (ex. Windows, Unix, Database, Network, etc. )
• Strategic thinker with good presentation and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with and influence a variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority and technical knowledge.

This role is based out of Pune.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

• Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
