Number of Positions : 4 (Four) in Chennai; 2 (Two) in Bangalore
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to understand relevant laws, precedents, and regulations related to the case.
- Drafting legal documents including petitions, affidavits, and written statements.
- Attending court hearings and assisting in court proceedings.
- Liaising with clients and providing legal advice.
- Maintaining case files and updating case status.
Requirements
- Proficiency in civil, criminal, family, IPR, commercial litigation matters before the District Courts, High Court, and Supreme Court.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts and arguments.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach to legal representation and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Proven leadership and management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing junior team members and leading by example.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
