What we do
TrustBridge aims to undertake legal, quantitative and policy-oriented research and dissemination that will inform principles and evidence-based policy-making in Financial Markets, Energy Transition, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
The financial markets work area currently involves studying the work of financial market regulators. This includes assessing regulatory policy, enforcement actions, and state capacity at financial market regulators.
The alternate dispute resolution work area studies how state and non-state actors use arbitration to resolve contractual disputes. The project examines whether the reality of arbitration and the inevitable court interventions align with the legislative objectives.
