Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives in a local market, from start to finish. This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of market-leading marketing and business development content and sales support collateral.

About the Role:
The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with client management.
Working knowledge of real estate and infrastructure financial modelling for valuations (DCF, Cost based, Asset Based, etc.) and financial statement preparation/analysis for development consulting.
Report writing - Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling /DCFs, making presentations.
Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc,
Should have logical analytical thought process for conceptualization efficient delivery of consulting projects.
Front end client management - Handling client queries pertaining to projects supporting senior leadership in pitching for business by preparing proposals and at times assisting in meetings etc.
Should be able to track understand the real estate market and should have keen interest in Real estate as a career option.

About You:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to effectively present information, comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex reports/documents.
MBA preferred or any similar combination of education and experience. 5+ years applicable industry tenure.
Self-driven individual with execution client query handling responsibilities.
Execution skills - Should have good knowledge on usage of MS office.
