This position is responsible for generating revenue landlord representation vertical by the business leads, as domain and geography expert with strong client interface.
About the Role: Implements real estate plans under the larger spectrum of key accounts, new accounts and repeat business targets with an understanding of the clients strategicreal estate goals. Assists with project initiation and scope definition, identification of clients needs goals, objectives, constraints, timing budget. prioritization of assignments, andadherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones. Overseeing a large variety of analyses and all relevant documents, including but not limited to: project initiation, requests for proposals (RFPs), proposalcomparison packages, letters of intent, and brokers opinions of value for quality and innovation. Works closely with CWI and/or clients Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integrationbetween the service lines. Engaging with the client and periodically keep them updated on the market trends, competition, transactions, strategies with reporting mechanism to align withclient expectations (Ensure flow of communications with the Landlord and manage expectations) Extensive Business generation ability through direct corporate marketing channels and indirect associates / broker channels Understanding basic technical aspects (no formal qualification needed) of a Real Estate Office Project
About You: Supervise and work closely with team members on development needs so that collective and individual team targets can be achieved. Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates. Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions. MBA preferred or any similar combination of education and experience. Preferably 8+ years applicable industry tenure. Demonstrated experience of managing a team of inter-disciplinary individuals Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. Use of advanced tools in PPT presentations & Excel Effective Co-ordination Skills with various clients, vendors, sites, etc. Corporate client handling skills necessary Understanding client needs to be able to find suitable solutions.
