Job Description
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and approach potential corporate clients for insurance products, including but not limited to health, life, and property insurance.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing customized solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest insurance products and market trends to offer the best solutions to clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and present insurance proposals, policy options, and pricing models to clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts to meet the needs of both clients and the company.
- Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring smooth policy administration, claims support, and renewals.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets.
