Territory Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and increase revenue growth.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive business development initiatives that support regional sales goals.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling insurance products.
  
• Ensure timely reporting on sales performance metrics such as pipeline tracking, forecasting accuracy.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate selling or enterprise sales with a focus on BFSI industry.
  
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through strategic account management and key account development.
  
• Strong understanding of corporate sales principles including relationship building, negotiation techniques, and deal closure skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders at various levels within an organization.
