Job Description:

1. Business Improvisation - Actively participate in FSD sessions and help BA with business understanding and implementation
2. Product Improvisation - Sugeest product changes as per the implementation experience to the leads and product team
3. Platform Configuration - Lead atlest 2 project implementation in a quarter and 8 project implementation per year.
4. Take end to end project implementation ownership on a technical end. Standard process need to be follow to achieve the Use-case defined in the project FSD.
5. Ensure configurations are optimized, maintainable. Unit Testing - Define unit testing process and ensure team follows the same.
6. Ensure configurations well-tested by passing quality assurance tests.
7. Coding / Configuration Standard - Define coding or configuration standards and ensure team follows the same.
8. Write clean and efficient code for project enhancements that meets project requirements.
9. Coding Standard policy should be followed
10. Code / Configuration Review - Review project technical deliveries and improvise deliveries with 0 defect.
11. Peers code / configuration reviews should be done. Guide team with configuration / code improvisation
12. Debug - Define process to guide team with debug setup and configurations. Help team to debug critical issues.
13. Preferred Skills Required: • Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring boot, Linux, Kafka, MySQL, PLSQL (Good to have), Redis (Good to have
