Job Description
- As a part of the team, analyze SPI process information on ARIS/POP to help streamline, automate and implement solutions to drive process efficiency and controls across MTM
- Work with a variety of stakeholders and gather information
- Translate discussion and guidance into process flows and process documentation
- Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, techniques, and methods, including process mapping/modeling
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
- Experience with taxonomy, terms and definitions, and controlled vocabularies
- Experience with data modeling tools, including ARIS / VISIO
- Developing data reference models along with conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Exp Range: 10 - 12 years
- Foundational Skills:
- Knowledge in Enterprise Process Management Tools - ARIS, POP
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Analytical and abstract reasoning skills, as well as problem solving abilities
- Desired Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Project management skills
- Inclination towards Continuous Improvement practices
- Training & Coaching skills preferred
