Senior Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager with a strong background in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the textile market, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. This role will focus on expanding our customer base, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and building a solid presence in the market. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen the company's position and achieve growth in the textile business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on textile market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights to inform business strategies.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities. Attend trade shows, visit key markets, and build relationships to expand the customer base.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent post-sales support.
• Sales & Business Growth: Drive sales targets and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs. Negotiate contracts and secure profitable deals.
• Strategic Planning & Reporting: Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals. Track and report sales performance and market conditions.
• Networking & Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, build partnerships with key stakeholders, and enhance the company's market reputation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in business development or sales within the textile industry, with a proven record in market expansion and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of textile market trends, products, and customer segments.
