Key Performance Area:

1. Payroll

• New Employee code generation in HR Portal
• Salary Input of New employee
• Increment salary input in HR Portal
• Payroll Processing (Salary Adjustment, Salary Hold, Deduction etc.)
• Employees full & final settlement.

2. Statutory Compliance

• UAN No & ESIC no. generate for new employee
• P.Tax challan submission of BK for monthly
• ESIC Sub Code & P.Tax registration whenever it requires.
• Issue ESIC E-pehchan card
• Prepare & submit 10D(Death Case) & EDLI(5IF)
• Co-ordination with the ESIC Branch for Employee Benefits under the ESIC Scheme & As well as PF Office.

3. Preparation of Letters

• Issuing Appointment letters, Promotion Letters, Increment Letters & Transfer Letters.
• Issuing NOC & Reliving letters.
• Salary account opening authorized letter.

4. Documentation

• Filing of documents of field staff.

5. Other activities

• Any other activities assign to me by the superior.
• Employees quarries solve related to statutory compliance i.e. EPF, ESIC & other official purposes over telephonic & mail.
• Employees quarries solve related to the Working i.e. Leave, Workforce profile, Attendance over the telephonic communication & mail.
• Co-ordination with Paramount & maintenance Mediclaim data of BK & answering the phone call & mail related to Mediclaim queries.
• Gratuity Related queries.

Academic Background:

Essential:

Master of Business Administration- Specialization in Human Resources.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar domain.

Candidate Profile:

Master of Business Administration- Specialization in Human Resources.

Any special quality or trait that may be required for the specific job like can operate in emergency situation.
