Location : Banas Dairy Head Office, Palanpur (Banaskantha), Gujarat

Key Responsibilities :

Server and Infrastructure Management :

- Administer and maintain servers, including Microsoft Windows Server, RHEL, Ubuntu, Debian, SUSE, and CentOS.

- Manage converged and hyper-converged infrastructures.

- Oversee SAN (Storage Area Network), NAS (Network Attached Storage), and SDN (Software-Defined Networking).

Cloud and Virtualization :

- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructures on Azure and AWS platforms.

- Handle virtualization platforms such as VMware.

- Monitor and optimize cloud service performance.

- Implement cloud security, network topologies, and disaster recovery solutions.

- Oversee Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.

Incident and Monitoring Management :

- Use advanced monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance of server systems.

- Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems to minimize downtime.

Security Administration :

- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for cloud and on-premises environments.

- Configure and manage firewalls, IAM (Identity Access Management), LDAP/AD, DNS/DHCP, and endpoint security tools.

- Conduct vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing, and implement incident response plans.

Database and Application Support :

- Perform basic database administration, including backup and restore for MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, and Oracle.

- Manage web servers and application stacks, such as Apache, Tomcat, Node.js, and IIS.

Automation and Scripting :

- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools for system management.

- Maintain version control using Git, and manage CI/CD release pipelines through Azure DevOps.

Backup and Recovery :

- Implement robust backup and recovery strategies for cloud and on-premises systems.

- Proactively monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

Web and Application Services :

- Administer web servers like Apache, Tomcat, and Node.js.

- Manage and support Internet Information Server (IIS).

Network Services and Identity Management :

- Oversee DNS, DHCP, and LDAP/Active Directory management.

- Ensure secure and efficient identity and access management (IAM).

Data Center Operations :

- Manage operations for state/national data centers and cloud setups on AWS or Azure.

- Ensure disaster recovery planning and high availability for critical systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies.

- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

- Proficiency in SAN, NAS, and storage management.

- Expertise in scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD workflows, and release management.

- Knowledge of web and application servers (Apache, Tomcat, Node.js) and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
