Job Overview:

The Assistant Manager - Sales is responsible for leading and guiding the sales team, which includes Tele Sales, Field Marketing, and Sales Coordinator executives. This role involves executing sales strategies as devised by the management, coordinating with Business Intelligence team on researching potential markets, and act on actionable customer data received to drive growth. The Assistant Manager will also act as the primary contact for major customers, ensure seamless customer support, and oversee the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, they will review team performance, align efforts with company objectives, and report key insights and sales metrics to the corporate office.
