The Company operates in various business segments through its Strategic Business Units [SBUs] and Joint Venture Companies [JVCs]. It is the market leader in Industrial Steel Barrels, Greases & Specialty Lubricants, Corporate Travel and Logistics Services. It also has a significant presence in most other businesses it operates in, namely, Logistics Infrastructure, Cold Chain, Chemicals and Refinery & Oil Field Services [ROFS]. The Company has eight SBUs Industrial Packaging, Greases & Lubricants, Chemicals, Travel & Vacations, Logistics Infrastructure, Logistics Services, Cold Chain and Refinery & Oil Field Services [ROFS] with offices spread across the country and abroad
Minimum Eligibility Criteria (as of 04th October 2024):. Minimum Qualification: MTM or equivalent / MBA /Graduate Engineer OR Any Graduate, Bachelors Degree (10+2+3). Minimum Experience: 6 years for MTM or Equivalent/ MBA/ Graduate Engineer OR 9 years for Bachelors degree (10+2+3) required. SBU/Function/Vertical: Vacations.

Responsibilities:. Promote and raise brand awareness in the distribution network. Analyze and investigate price, demand and competition. Visit Preferred Partner Agents and Travel Agents on regular basis
Follow up to maximize sales conversion. Act as a contact between a Company and its existing and potential markets. Close best deals and acquire profitable business, meeting sales targets. Give presentations to agency as per requirement. To negotiate prices before closing rates. Should be able to prepare MIS reports, analyse agency-wise sales and performance and identify new business opportunities and threats. Should be aware of the current market trends.
Ensure executive handling the file has done a proper handover of the documents well before the travel date of the passenger. Should be well versed in MS Office and able to achieve targets in co-ordination with team members
