Project Planning and Control Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain project schedules, including milestones and critical paths.
2. Track costs, monitor project expenses, and ensure adherence to budget.
3. Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
4. Track project performance and report status to stakeholders.
5. Act as the primary contact for project-related planning and control updates.
6. Lead the planning and control team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
7. Continuously improve planning and control processes based on lessons learned.
8. Ensure all activities meet regulatory standards and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills-

1. Expertise in project management software (Primavera, MS Project).
2. Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
3. Experience in identifying and managing project risks.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
