FYBROS is looking for a passionate individual who expertise in Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Transportation, Logistics and Customer Service.

Key Responsible Areas:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs

• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and pricing

• Oversee procurement processes and inventory management to maintain optimal levels of stock

• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

• Implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and ensure smooth operations

• Demand Forecasting: Strong analytical and statistical skills are essential for analyzing historical data, market trends and other relevant factors to forecast demand accurately.

• Inventory Management: Execute demand planners need to optimize inventory levels by balancing customer demand, production capabilities, lead times, and cost considerations. Skills in inventory planning, order management and supply chain optimization are crucial.

• Data Analysis and Modelling: Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Data Visualization software is important for processing and interpreting large volumes of data. The ability to create forecasting models and conduct scenario analysis is valuable.

• Communication and collaboration: Demand planners often work closely with cross functional teams, including sales, marketing, production and logistics. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary.

• Problem solving and decision making: Demand planners often encounter challenges related to demand variability, supply chain disruptions, or changing market conditions. Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data and analysis are essential.

• Time Management and organizational skills: Executives demand planners typically work on multiple projects simultaneously and handle competing priorities. Effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills are vital for meeting deadlines and delivering results.

• Continuous improvement mindset: Demand planning is an iterative process and there is always room for improvement. Having a mindset focused on continuous learning, process optimization and staying updates with industry trends.
