Job Description:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
* Lead and manage the entire HR team, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
* Partner with business leaders across all departments to understand their needs and develop HR solutions that support their success.
* Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
* Implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
* Conduct performance management and succession planning to ensure a high-performing workforce.
* Proactively address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and implement them within the organization.
* Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess and improve HR programs and processes.
