Human Resource Executive (LADY Candidate ONLY)

Role & responsibilities

1] Awareness of all statutory compliance in line with all government laws / Factory Laws

2] Handling job descriptions of all candidates

3] Handling Recruitments for all departments

4] Handling all New Joiner's formalities and Issue of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Relieving Letters, etc etc

5] Independent calculation and preparation of Salary Structure and Salary Slips for all Employees

6] Handling the daily staff attendance and all other related work

7] Smooth Coordination between all departmental staff & HOD's

8] Provident Fund, ESI / Medical Policies / Site Insurance / Transport Insurance Claim / Liason with all Government Departments

9] Taking care of all Company Assets given to Marketing Personnel and others.

Preferred candidate profile

1] Who is able to carry out the above Roles & Responsibilities Confidently and Independently

2] Good English Communication Skill

3] Must be Polite & Courteous

4] Immediate Joiners

5] Ready to Relocate to Pune

6] Candidate who is residing in close proximity to the company
