Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Application Executive to join our team. The candidate will play a critical role in supporting tender submissions, proposal drafting, and quotation preparation. Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1. Tender Management:
• Identify relevant tenders from government and private sectors.
• Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for tender submission.
2. Proposal and Quotation Preparation:
• Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
• Create detailed and accurate quotations for clients based on their requirements.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, professional, and aligns with company standards.
3. Documentation and Follow-Up:
• Maintain and organize records of tenders, proposals, and quotations.
• Follow up on submitted tenders and proposals to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address any queries or revisions.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of tender and proposal preparation processes.
• Basic understanding of technical specifications and commercial terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in tender management, proposal drafting, or a similar role (preferred).
• Familiarity with food processing and packaging industry standards will be an advantage
