Job Summary:

The Tender Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation and submission of tenders. This role involves ensuring that all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time. The Tender Executive will work closely with various departments within the organization to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Preparation and Submission:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end tender process, from initial identification to submission.
• Review tender documents and identify key requirements and deliverables.
• Prepare and compile all required documentation for tenders, including technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.

1. Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements and industry standards.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of standard templates and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

1. Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities.
• Analise tender requirements and assess the feasibility of participating in tenders.
• Monitor and analyse competitors' tenders and bidding strategies.

• Assist in post-tender negotiations and clarifications with clients.
• Prepare and submit any additional documentation or information requested by clients post-submission.
• Maintain records of all submitted tenders and track the status and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry.
• Knowledge: Understanding of tender processes, documentation requirements, and industry standards.
