Lead - QA Architect

A QA Lead is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of software products or systems. They manage a team of quality assurance engineers, define testing strategies, and work closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects. Defining Quality Metrics:

Qualifications

a) Bachelor s degree in information technology, or related field.
b) Proven experience as a QA or in a similar role.
c) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
e) Knowledge of project management methodologies
Work Experience

a. 5-7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance roles.
b. Experience in both manual and automated testing is often required.
c. At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within a QA team.
d. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
e. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them on time.
