Job Title: Quality Lead (Manual & Automation Testing)

Key Responsibilities: Leadership:
o Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring best practices in testing
and quality assurance are followed.
o Define, implement, and maintain testing strategies, standards, and processes
to ensure high-quality product releases.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product
managers, and business stakeholders, to align testing efforts with business
goals.
Manual Testing:
o Oversee the design, development, and execution of manual test cases for
complex applications.
o Ensure thorough testing coverage for functional, integration, regression, and
system testing.
o Identify and document defects, and drive the resolution process through
collaboration with development teams.
Automation Testing:
o Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of automated
testing frameworks and scripts.
o Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous
quality.
o Analyze automation test results, identify trends, and drive improvements in
the automation process.
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Testing:
o Provide expertise in testing AEM components, templates, and integrations.
o Ensure AEM content workflows are tested for functionality, performance, and
security.
o Work closely with AEM developers to resolve issues and optimize the testing
process for AEM-based applications.
Quality Assurance Strategy:
o Develop and enforce quality assurance best practices, guidelines, and
metrics across projects.
o Continuously assess and improve testing tools, technologies, and
methodologies.
o Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating
quality risks.
Reporting & Documentation:
o Create and manage test plans, test cases, and test summary reports for all
projects.
o Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues to senior
management.
o Document lessons learned and contribute to the knowledge base for future
projects.
Continuous Improvement:
o Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing
process.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in
testing and quality assurance.
o Encourage team members to pursue professional development opportunities
and certifications.
