Job Description

  • You would be the single point of contact for our leading product partnerships operating from the partners base location
  • Your target would be to
  • drive sales volume growth (revenue) with the existing partners while keeping a close eye on the bottom line
  • scouting for new partners and onboarding them
  • You would be expected to create new avenues within the partnership to enable sustainable growth
  • You would devise & implement engagement plan
  • You would also take up the responsibility to drive sales initiatives with the partner through reward programs
  • You would develop a deep level of understanding and knowledge of the entire product, systems, and processes. As & when required, you should be able to provide training/clarification to partner teams
  • You would be responsible for smooth operation with the partners ensuring all operational activities are delivered as per SLA
  • You must be able to handle escalations that may come-up from customers/partners. The goal would be to maintain a healthy relationship with the partners by reinforcing our abilities through actions
  • Internally, you would be expected bring in any requirements from partner side (product/price/process related) and get it delivered by working with internal stakeholders/teams
  • The role may demand you to travel from your base location to major business hubs for the partner.

  • Ability to diagnose complex client issues, comprehend the full breadth of BFHLs services, blend them into practical solutions that meet our clients needs
  • An executive presence with polished and well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Availability to travel on a need basis
  • Bias towards action, a great collaborator, a master explainer/simplifier, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on.
  • A high bar across the board -- from your own contributions to the people you work with, to the products you work on.
  • A true passion for the Company's mission, our products, and the company's digital-first technology/operations nature.
  • Acute attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making them our users' and partners' problems.
  • You live and breathe data. You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to wield it but also where it can lead you astray.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams to resolve issues
  • Strong adherence to SLAs and processes
