Senior Technical Project Manager

The heart of BFHL are the products and solution that allow our customers(patients) and partners ( doctors/ hospitals/laboratories) to improve Patient Health

The Manager, Projects will be:

• Responsible for tracking and delivery of projects (across products/ businesses)
• Part of day to day design and delivery discussions for various products and partner integration teams
• Responsible for agile change management as per business requirements and effectively delivering SLAs for a stable and sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Identify and prioritize key technology capability build outs and manage their implementation in a timely and efficient manner
• Day to day support for product solutions, Integrations, Partner communication
• Establish standards of performance and monitor conformance for staff (through performance review) and partners (through service level agreements).

• Graduate from a leading institute with Experience of having leveraged technology for achieving KPIs and driving innovation
• Has worked in a products/ data environment to design solutions
• Strong PMO skills
• Experience understanding requirements and translating to BRDs
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and DEVOPS
• Languages preference: one of Java /.net /any other
• Understands web based and mobile architecture
• Knowledge of business processes related to Health/ Insurance space
• Ability to work with multiple technologies, especially in usage and deployment in Public / Private Cloud based; SaaS, PaaS and IaaS environments
• Understands standard procedures, guidelines, and templates for projects of differing sizes, complexity, and risk
• Can maintain high energy for extended periods of time. Moves fast when required.
