Driving consumer promo related capabilities, business fulfillment. Ensuring process enhancements to reduce service issues.
Creating avenues for revenue generation driving cross-sell in marketplace, 3in1, Exotel other digital mediums
Promo design, communication, cross-sell:
Liaising with B2B business heads to design consumer promos for their businesses
Liaising with campaign design execution team to ensure right communication to the customer
Strategize with marketplace, 3in1, COE teams to drive cross-sell campaigns generate revenue
Performance Monitoring:
Drive monitor business through consumer promos
Manage timely fulfilment of promos
Tracking and resolving customer queries on various offers
Driving cross-sell business through all digital and non-digital channels of communication
Stakeholder Management:
Support Business Product SPOCs to meet their business objectives, in sync with organizational or platform objectives /or customer engagement frameworks
Liaise with service team for regular updates on customer queries process enhancement discussions
Vendor/brands management for 3rd party vouchers procurement
Team Management:

Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications
Post Graduation - MBA
b) Work Experience
Total Experience: 7- 8 years
Relevant Experience: 2 - 3 years
1. Prior experience in offer design campaign management
2. Prior experience in stakeholder management is an added advantage
3. Should have excellent communication analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills
4. Should be an excellent Team Player Interpersonal Skills
5. High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
6. Leadership qualities are a must have
