Work closely with the branch Service executives to drive Gold loan customers for fulfillment
Ensuring policy adherence and meeting compliance requirement
Tracking Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables for Gold loan product


Supporting Assayer in Operations /documentation



Required Qualifications and Experience
Graduate with - years of relevant experience


Knowledge of Cross Sell / Gold Loan Sales
Good Selling skills
Good Interpersonal skills
