Major Challenges
Delivering the proof of concept of the EDC Acquiring business to the company (since it is a new venture for the company)
Ensuring right hiring, continuous training and low attrition of the team (FOS)
Deliver on the various Targets set by the business
Ensuring seamless alliance with internal & external stakeholders
