Unit Manager - Payments - Ops & Service

There are KYC process & having multiple observations & exceptions to monitor & handle. Resource will help us to setup a process to reduce the exceptions & monitor the same till closure.
Responsible to manage issuing as well as acquiring chargebacks.
Candidate should hold understating of load, BillPay, Spend, QR/PG/EDC Chargebacks.
Familiar with transaction flow of networks, NPCI & PG s (UPI, Wallet, BBPS, Rupay & Visa).
Hold the investigation process & defending disputes
Responsible to setup process of new business & integrations
Deep investigation as per chargeback level - Chargeback, Pre-arbitration, Arbitration.
Track merchant recovery for acceptance scenarios
Tracking and reporting of various process reports like Reject and Reversal tracker, Liaising with stakeholders for Fund confirmation etc.
Controllership: Tracking of temporary credit posting and daily reconciliation.
Automation: Support in automation of the reconciliation process. Reporting:
Holding basic understanding of PPT & Dashboards.
