Job Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in Internal Audit or IFC
Banking or NBFC experience is preferred
Excel proficiency
Duties and Responsibilities
Test Design & Implementation of Internal financial control reporting framework for all business verticals viz. Consumer, SME, Commercial, E-commerce, Mobile Apps etc. including all Support Functions

Preparation and Maintenance of Risk Control Matrix (RCM) & Process Flow Chart for Business & Function in IFC Tool

Support in IFC related requirements of Statutory Auditors

Identify control gaps, perform testing & validation on the same including testing of remediation efforts.

Follow-up on open issues & exceptions for remediation & closure

Collaborate with cross functional teams & internal department to implement an effective IFC Framework to ensure all risks and controls are being documented & managed appropriately in a proactive, risk based and disciplined manner to meet external, internal and regulatory requirements

Ensure that risks are appropriately identified, documented and reported in compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and standards.

Assist in publishing timely reports for executives, senior management and key stakeholders.

Maintain IFC framework in IFC Tool
