Assistant Manager

• Assist in the Planning and Execution of Internal Audits :
  You will help develop and prioritise the audit plan by working with senior managers to determine risk-based audit objectives. Youll participate in audits, ensuring they are completed on time and in accordance with company goals and audit standards.
• Review and Evaluate Financial and Operational Processes :
  You will assess financial and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, or non-compliance with policies. Your reviews will highlight areas for process improvement and risk reduction.
• Identify Risks and Develop Recommendations to Mitigate Those Risks :
  Through risk assessments, youll identify vulnerabilities and propose actionable recommendations. By improving controls and addressing inefficiencies, you\u2019ll help minimize risks across the organization.
• Prepare Audit Reports and Present Findings to Senior Management :
  You\u2019ll prepare concise audit reports detailing key findings and recommendations, and present them to senior management, ensuring clear communication of risks and required actions.
• Monitor Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures :
  You will ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, following up on audit recommendations to ensure timely remediation of issues.
• Control Testing & Compliance Assurance :
  You will conduct control testing to validate the effectiveness of internal controls, particularly for SOX compliance, and suggest improvements when weaknesses are identified.
