Deputy Area Manager - Business Loans

    

Job Purpose  
To provide customized lending solutions for business loans, empowering clients to achieve their financial goals    

Duties and Responsibilities  
Identify and target potential clients for business loans through open market sourcing.Conduct regular reviews and analysis to identify growth opportunity in assigned area.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners to source business .Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concernsStay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clientsCollaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience.Conduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.Collaborate with Collection team to improve recovery processFoster a collaborative and high-performance team cultureTo recruit, train, and develop teams to ensure high performance.To monitor and enhance the productivity of teams.Ensure to set performance targets and provide regular feedback to teams.
