Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of assigned territory to achieve targets.
  
• Develop and execute strategies for regional sales growth.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches and promotions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field (preferably FMCG).
  
• B.Com degree from a recognized university (preferably Commerce background).
  
• Strong understanding of Sales Development, Sales Management, and Sales And Marketing principles.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
